Job summary

UGLYCASH, part of the Reserve project, seeks someone early in their product career to become a product owner. You’ll work directly with the founders to explore and build new financial products for internet earners, starting with a focused opportunity and real responsibility.

You’ll learn from experienced leaders, translate hypotheses into testable versions, and help bring ideas to life using customer insight, data, and AI. A 24‑month growth path leads to ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• No required fintech resume or previous PM title; show initiative and clear thinking.
• Curiosity, fast learning, and ability to explain reasoning plus respond to feedback.
• Experience using AI to build, prototype, or analyze is a plus.
• Ability to learn technical systems and collaborate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers, study behavior, and identify problems worth solving.
• Turn founder hypotheses into testable approaches and first versions.
• Bring evidence to strengthen or pivot ideas.
• Use AI to research, prototype, and shorten the path from idea to learning.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to take ideas from concept through launch.
• Measure outcomes after ships and use insights to improve.
• Develop judgment to own increasingly ambitious product opportunities over time.
