This full-time role includes shadowing managers, learning the industry, and becoming eligible for promotion within 6-18 months.

The candidate should possess strong technology skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and be prepared to analyze financial reports. The salary ranges from $45,000 to $48,000 annually, with various benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in learning new technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven capability to review and analyze financial reports.
• Grasp of contractual bidding processes.
• Knowledge of proper meeting order.
• Familiarity with the architectural request process.
• Ability to create and maintain a proper working budget.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with boards of directors and homeowners.
• Prepare and present budgets to boards.
• Analyze monthly financial reports and create variance reports.
• Create monthly management reports.
• Contact and coordinate with vendors for maintenance projects.
• Oversee daily operations of portfolio communities.
• Attend board and internal team meetings.
• Supervise staff when applicable.
