Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
• Minimum of four years of experience in Land Development Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design civil engineering projects of medium to high complexity.
• Review project contracts and coordinate with principal for execution.
• Perform project billing, cost analysis and staffing projections.
