C2 Education in Sterling, VA seeks a Center Director to oversee operations, sales, marketing, and student success at the center level. You will lead staff, engage families, and drive enrollment while maintaining a safe, supportive learning environment.

You will shadow experienced directors, implement curriculum and assessments, and coordinate with families and the community to ensure high-quality educational services and business success.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and train with Center Directors to understand center operations, sales, marketing, and financial management.
• Learn and implement curriculum, teaching methodologies, and student assessment procedures.
• Interact effectively with students, parents, teachers, and staff.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities including lead generation and enrollment consultations.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Adhere to policies ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
• Contribute to student performance goals and business targets.
• Deliver presentations to prospective families and community partners.
• Manage student schedules and track progress, reporting updates to parents.
• Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping and data entry.
