The role emphasizes communication with families, performance tracking, and community outreach to drive enrollment and center success. A Bachelor's degree is required, with full-time hours and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and train with experienced Center Directors to learn center operations, including sales, marketing, and finance.
• Learn and implement C2 Education's curriculum, teaching methodologies, and student assessment procedures.
• Develop strong communication with students, parents, teachers, and staff.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities, including lead generation and enrollment consultations.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Adhere to center policies to ensure a safe, productive learning environment.
• Contribute to the centera��s success by helping meet student performance goals and business targets.
• Engage in professional development to improve education and management skills.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to families and community partners.
• Manage student schedules and provide progress updates to parents.
