Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a locally owned practice delivering ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and communities. The role emphasizes compassionate care, data collection, and collaboration with supervising BCBA staff.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and maintain data collection minimums; write detailed session notes for BCBA review.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in ongoing trainings.
