Job summary

Highlights Healthcare is seeking aspiring BCBAs for our ABA Student Analyst Program. Registered Behavior Technicians will be enrolled in an accredited Master's program while joining the Highlights Healthcare team to support students in ABA therapy.

RBTs work 1-on-1 with learners in center-based services, with supervision from a BCBA and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and BCBA education support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with young children with special needs or behavioral challenges.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Criminal history background check required.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• Bilingual applicants highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each learner.
• Collect data during sessions and conduct certain assessments.
• Perform 1-on-1 sessions with learners and participate in group sessions.
• Work under supervision of BCBA with ongoing support from peers.
• Maintain confidence and professionalism with supervision.
