Action Behavior Centers in Brownsville, TX is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to support early intervention for children with autism under BCBA supervision.

You will provide center-based therapy, collect data, and implement individualized treatment plans while developing clinical skills among a team that values compassionate care and continuous learning. This role includes guaranteed hours and a clear path to BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
