Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Golden, CO is seeking Case Supervisors pursuing BCBA hours. You will receive structured supervision, coaching, and hands-on clinical experience under BCBA leadership within our Apex program.

You will manage 1–3 client cases, accrue paid unrestricted hours, and engage in ESDM training, interdisciplinary collaboration, and family guidance. Growth toward Lead supervisor is possible.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master's program in ABA or a related field that meets BCBA coursework requirements.
• Actively accruing practicum hours toward BCBA certification.
• Ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Emerging skills in case conceptualization, client programming, and clinical planning.
• Emerging skills in coaching and supporting RBTs.
• Desire to learn, grow, and receive feedback.
• Commitment to Soar's mission and values.
• Interest in growing into a future BCBA role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for client cases as determined by center needs and progress.
• Accrue paid unrestricted hours through client programming, supervision, and related duties.
• Update client goals using Soar's electronic data platform.
• Provide support and supervision to RBTs with BCBA feedback.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with assessments and reassessments using tools like Vineland/FAST.
• Join ongoing supervision and clinical development opportunities.
