Goodyear is hiring entry-level Automotive Technicians in our Florida Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basic services, gain hands-on experience, and work with experienced technicians to deliver outstanding guest service.

No prior automotive experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. A valid driver’s license is required, and candidates must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States. We offer competitive pay and a path for rapid career advancement.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
No prior automotive experience required; training provided on the job.
Willingness to learn basic automotive services and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements.
Assist senior technicians and deliver exceptional guest service.
