Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. Experience isn’t required, as you will be trained.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience is not required; training will be provided.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and basic maintenance.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and clear communication with customers.
• Assist senior technicians and perform manual tasks including lifting.
• Follow established safety policies and procedures.
