Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of full-time professional work experience in pharmaceutical marketing, sales, or related functions.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of healthcare ecosystem and reimbursement dynamics.
- Proven ability to influence in a matrixed, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational initiatives across rotation assignments.
- Influence across marketing, sales, market access, operations, analytics, finance, and compliance.
- Synthesize data and insights into strategic recommendations for senior leaders.
- Support launch planning, readiness, and execution activities.
- Present recommendations and progress updates to senior leaders.
