Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. in Rahway, NJ is seeking a Senior Specialist for the two-year Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP).

The program includes three eight-month rotations across marketing, marketing operations, sales operations, market access and other commercial functions. Participants will work on strategic priorities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data to drive recommendations and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic and operational priorities across rotations.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, market access and other commercial teams.
• Apply data and insights to inform recommendations and decisions.
• Support launch planning, execution, and performance initiatives.
• Present recommendations and insights to stakeholders and senior leaders.
