Job summary

You report to the Service Manager and will learn from experienced technicians, working with real customers and equipment. Requirements include reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with overtime and outdoor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• One year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Learn from the Service Technicians how to deal with real customers who need equipment fixed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Adheres to dealership hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior.
• Maintains professional relationships with dealership employees, clients, and customers.
• Completes work assignments in a thorough, consistent, and punctual manner.
• Performs other duties as required to ensure the success of AVE-PLP.
