We are actively recruiting High School Students* age 16+ who are interested in our Ag Tech Student Scholarship Program. Work part time after school and during school breaks. Shadow experienced Service Technicians while gaining valuable on-the-job training before you graduate! Follow that up with 2 years of sponsored college education at Garden City Community College (Garden City, KS), Southeast Community College (Milford, NE), or Northwest Kansas Technical College (Goodland, KS), plus more on-the-job training & mentorship to earn your Journey Worker's Certification.

*Recent high school graduates and other entry level technicians are also welcome to apply.

The American Implement Ag TECHSponsorshipProgram is for anyone that desires to go into the Agriculture Industry and become a certified John Deere Service Technician. Every instructor has completed extensive John Deere technician training, and students have the opportunity to work on the latest equipment and technology.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching overhead, regularly lifting 75 lbs without assistance, grasping with both hands, pushing and pulling, working around moving machinery, driving a vehicle, extensive hours on a computer, hearing normal tones, and seeing. May be exposed to extreme weather conditions from extreme heat to winter blizzard conditions.
