Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MBA in Agriculture field; graduating this school year.
• GPA target around 3.0 on 4.0 scale.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Willing to relocate to any AVE-PLP location during the Dealer Associate program and for permanent placement.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (incl. Excel).
• Ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Technology and equipment utilization and optimization with John Deere technology.
• Engage customers: identify needs, develop solutions, present data.
• Support business operations across departments to improve production, efficiency, and profitability.
