Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural and/or commercial lending or credit analysis.
• Strong credit analysis and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed loan, fee income, and deposit production goals while managing risk.
• Independently prepare and present basic to moderately complex credit write-ups and loan risk assessments.
• Collaborate to promote bank services and build community relationships.
