Beyond Autism Services is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Therapists to provide individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents across clinics, homes, and school settings in Media, Havertown, and surrounding areas.

You will learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts, implement behavior plans, and help clients develop communication, social, and self-help skills while ensuring client safety and data integrity. Join a supportive team with extensive training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year childcare experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a background check and provide professional references.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics as assigned.
• Record treatment data accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervision and other therapy team members.
• Support families and clients to acquire communication, social, and self-help skills.
