Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years' experience in a PSAP as a 9-1-1 Telecommunicator III or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training may be substituted year for year.

Responsibilities

• Identify and intervene in high-risk behavior.
• Manage multiple priorities with limited resources and deadlines.
• Supervise staff with fairness, tact and impartiality.
• Perform performance appraisals and redeploy personnel as needed.
• Coordinate shift transfers and leave requests for 9-1-1 staff.
