Job summary

Responsibilities include delivering services, tracking progress toward IEP goals, and collaborating closely with families and school staff, while maintaining compliance with licensing and program policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and Michigan Professional Teaching Certificate are required.
• Special Education Endorsement in Learning Disabilities is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and EMR systems is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with approved driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational services in accordance with Aspire Program policies.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to tailor instructional support to students' needs.
• Utilize specialized teaching methods to support students with disabilities.
• Participate in meetings with clinical staff, school personnel, students, and families.
• Complete documentation accurately and within timelines.
• Monitor and report progress toward IEP goals.
• Maintain records and submit reports to administration as needed.
• Assist students and parents with placement, curriculum, and instruction concerns.
• Record parent and student conferences for clear communication.
