Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student majoring in Business, Marketing, or related field; junior or senior standing preferred.
• Prior experience in Marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and engage with leadership at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more strategic marketing projects and present to CSCA executive leadership.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to validate trends and consumer preferences.
• Support pricing, promotions, and category strategies based on insights and sales data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, design, and finance teams.
• Assist customer and consumer marketing, outreach, and planning activities.
• Define learning objectives and meet project deadlines with supervision.
• Participate in Perrigo training and intern events to develop marketing skills.
• Absorb Perrigo culture, policies, and practices.
