Qualifications

• Undergrad student majoring in Business or Marketing; junior/senior preferred.
• Marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more strategic projects and present results to CSCA executive leadership.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to validate trends and consumer preferences.
• Drive new product innovations and category strategies from consumer insights and sales data.
• Support customer and consumer marketing, outreach, and planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, finance, design, and eCommerce.
