Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rake, shovel, and lute asphalt to maintain proper grade and thickness.
• Work directly behind the paver to correct imperfections and ensure smooth transitions.
• Assist with handwork around edges, structures, curbs, and tight areas.
• Check and maintain proper slope, drainage, and joint alignment.
• Communicate with paver operator, roller operators, and foreman to maintain workflow.
• Remove excess material and fill low spots as needed.
• Perform general labor duties including cleanup, sweeping, and site prep.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
