Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience within the asphalt industry.
• 1-2 years' experience of operating paving equipment.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Positive, friendly, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Operate Shuttle Buggy and assist paving crew.
• Inspect and maintain equipment for safe operation.
• Assist with general labor tasks and material handling.
• Follow foreman instructions and safety protocols.
• Clean and organize equipment at shift end.
