• Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
• 3–5 years of asphalt shuttle buggy operation experience.
• CDL is desired but not required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Punctual and dependable with flexible hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Ability to work in variable weather and dirty, dusty environments.
• Must be a member or willing to join the appropriate union; HR can assist.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt shuttle buggy and other paving equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with team to ensure quality and on-time project completion.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
