Qualifications

• Prior paving and screed experience preferred (not required).
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a CDL is preferred (not required).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Paver Operator to regulate asphalt flow.
• Calculate and check asphalt yield.
• Operate screed automation and perform layout tasks.
