BrixPavingNorthwestInc is seeking an Asphalt Roller Operator in Boise, ID to support public and private paving projects across the Boise metro area. This hands-on role involves operating heavy machinery to compact and smooth freshly laid asphalt on roads, parking lots, and driveways.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating asphalt roller equipment.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• CDL Class A preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and long hours.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt roller machines with precision and safety.
• Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Communicate with foremen and crew to ensure efficient workflow.
• Load and unload machinery safely and per DOT and company guidelines.
• Follow traffic control, environmental and safety procedures on jobsites.
• Work flexible hours including day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
