Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate roller and other heavy equipment safely.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks.
• Compact asphalt by overlapping passes to achieve desired finish.
• Adjust speed and direction based on material temperatures to avoid ridges.
• Manage areas inaccessible to road roller with hand tools as needed.
• Operate various roller types to compact subgrade and asphalt surfaces.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by Foreman or Superintendent.
