Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a general laborer to support plant operations in Texas. You will help maintain a safe, clean worksite, assist with daily maintenance, and operate small power tools as needed.

Reporting to the foreman and supervision, you will follow safety policies, wear PPE, and participate in team tasks while meeting attendance requirements. High school diploma preferred; related experience welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; related experience welcome.
• Ability to follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Capable of lifting and performing strenuous work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies and using equipment properly.
• Report problems to Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or HR.
• Perform daily plant maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Keep the plant clean and organized; assist with general labor as needed.
• Operate small power tools when required; travel and nights/weekends as needed.
• Attend scheduled shifts reliably and collaborate with team.
