Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a capable general laborer to support plant operations in Texas. You will help maintain a safe workspace, perform routine maintenance, and support the team with material handling and housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities include following safety protocols, reporting issues, and potentially operating small power tools. The role requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Related experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies and using proper tools.
• Report problems to foreman, superintendent, or HR manager.
• Perform daily plant maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Keep the plant clean and organized.
• May operate small power tools as needed.
• Attend work as scheduled and be reliable.
