Allan Myers Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join an Asphalt Production Facility crew. You will operate automated drum and batch plant systems, monitor plant status, and coordinate with internal crews to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; basic mechanical skills helpful.
• Mobile or stationary equipment experience is beneficial in manufacturing or construction.
• Focus on safety and readiness to learn in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt plant and batch systems controlled by automation and control boards.
• Communicate with quality control to ensure specs are met and adjust mixes accordingly.
• Monitor plant status, load material onto trucks, dispatch trucks, and maintain productivity.
• Coordinate with paving crews and project teams to maximize profits, minimize waste, and maintain quality.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and responsive service.
• Maintain safe working conditions and participate in safety discussions and initiatives.
