Allan Myers is seeking a motivated individual to join our Asphalt Production Facility crew in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will operate the plant (drum and batch systems), monitor status, load out material, and coordinate with quality control to meet specifications while maintaining safe, efficient production.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliability. You may perform multiple duties across equipment operation, maintenance support, and production planning, with growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Requires basic mechanical skills and basic knowledge of computers.
• Mobile or stationary equipment experience is beneficial as is experience in the manufacturing or construction industries.
• Physical Demands - Labor can range from light to heavy; PPE and safety procedures apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt plant - drum and batch systems with automated controls.
• Coordinate with quality control to ensure specs are met and adjust mixes as needed.
• Monitor plant status, load materials, dispatch trucks, and manage production scheduling.
• Maintain safe working environment and participate in safety discussions.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs to reduce downtime.
• Support equipment operation and pre-shift inspections as required.
