Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment and control systems.
• Start, run, adjust, and shut down plant equipment per procedures.
• Maintain asphalt mix quality, temperature, and consistency.
• Record production data, load tickets, and material usage.
• Inspect gauges, conveyors, burners, and related equipment.
• Identify and report malfunctions or leaks promptly.
• Coordinate with plant personnel and drivers for efficient production.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs as needed.
