Job summary

Silver Star Construction Co. Inc. in Moore, OK is seeking a dependable Asphalt Plant Groundman to join our team.

The role supports daily plant operations through equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and general labor tasks to help ensure safe and efficient asphalt production. You will operate equipment, perform inspections, help with housekeeping, and assist production as needed. Valid driver's license required; must pass drug screen, background check, and be willing to work outdoors,

Asphalt Plant Groundman

2401 S. Broadway Ave., Moore, OK 73160 | Full-Time Silver Star Construction, a leading road construction company in Oklahoma, is seeking a dependable Asphalt Plant Groundman to join our team. This position supports daily plant operations through equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and general labor duties to help ensure safe and efficient asphalt production.

Essential Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on plant equipment
• Operate equipment including skid steers, man lifts, water trucks, haul trucks, and bobcats
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate records
• Assist with housekeeping and general maintenance throughout the asphalt plant
• Support production operations as needed

Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members

Requirements
