Job summary

Duininck Incorporated is hiring for a seasonal, full-time position based at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. You will support asphalt production operations, assist a plant operator, coordinate with truck drivers, and maintain clean, safe work areas while adapting to varying weather and base security requirements.

The role requires physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs, and willingness to travel between plant locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work safely in outdoor plant environments.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with drivers and crews.
• Willingness to travel between plant locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Plant Operator with daily maintenance, repairs and housekeeping at asphalt plants.
• Direct truck drivers delivering materials to ensure safe, efficient plant flow.
• Perform cleaning tasks and equipment upkeep for safe, organized work areas.
• Prepare equipment and plant components for relocation or transport when required.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and adherence to safety requirements.
• Follow supervisor instructions closely and complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch and sit for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally work extended or overtime hours based on project needs.
