Job summary

Pearson Construction, LLC is looking for an asphalt plant laborer in Wichita, Kansas, to assist with daily operations, maintenance, and production monitoring. The role requires a strong work ethic and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, asphalt, or heavy equipment operation is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work in outdoor environments and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, operation, and clean-up of the asphalt plant.
• Monitor plant operations to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of plant equipment and surrounding areas.
