Job summary

APAC-Atlantic, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Supervisor in Coastal Georgia to oversee asphalt production and plant operations. You will supervise crew members, ensure safety, and coordinate with maintenance and production teams to meet schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to read gauges, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure OSHA/MSHA compliance. Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required or preferred.
• Related experience and/or training required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-shift inspection of plant to ensure safe operation.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety procedures and company policies.
• Answer phone, radio, and input orders.
• Maintain heat in dryer and proper material flow.
• Monitor gauges and machinery to meet processing specs.
• Assist in maintenance and reporting of plant production.
• End-of-shift safety checks and housekeeping.
