Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment is required.
• Experience at an asphalt plant or similar industrial site is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and around heat, dust, and noise.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment around an asphalt plant.
• Load materials into plant feed systems and trucks.
• Maintain and organize stockpiles and work areas.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to support production.
