Job summary

C.R. Jackson, Inc. is actively seeking an Asphalt Plant Ground Crew Member to support daily operations at the plant.

You will perform hands-on tasks such as cleaning, material handling, and basic maintenance to help keep the plant running smoothly and produce high-quality asphalt. This full-time role requires outdoor work, use of hand and power tools, adherence to safety rules, and flexibility for weekends or nights as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience in construction or plant work (a plus, but not required).
• Able to lift 50–80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Good attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain plant work areas.
• Assist with loading materials and keeping the site organized.
• Help plant operators and mechanics with daily tasks.

C.R. Jackson is hiring a Ground Crew Member to work at our asphalt plant.
