Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a candidate to support asphalt production and plant maintenance. You will operate a front-end loader, help keep the plant well-maintained, and assist with material handling to ensure smooth production and timely deliveries.

The role requires safety-minded individuals who can work independently, occasionally overtime, and collaborate with a team to meet production goals in a demanding plant environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Safety minded and reliable with good attendance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader and assist with plant material handling.
• Service, grease and troubleshoot plant parts; maintain cleanliness.
• Order and track inventory of parts, grease, oil, and supplies.
• Direct daily activities of loader operator, laborer and scale operator.
• Assist with production planning and quality assurance for asphalt.
• Load trucks with correct materials for delivery.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and repair as needed.
• Support crew across production and maintenance tasks.
