Job summary

Hinkle Contracting seeks a loader operator to move, load and handle materials at the asphalt plant site. You will run front-end loaders and similar heavy equipment to support daily plant operations, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and coordinating with the Plant Foreman. Prior public works or construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to operate heavy and complex equipment requiring skill and independent judgment.
• Keep records pertaining to operations.
• Manual labor as required.
• Assist Plant Foreman in upkeep and coordination.

Responsibilities
