Job summary

Capital Materials in Rolla, MO, is seeking a Loader Operator to support our asphalt plant operations and move materials with a front-end loader. You will operate heavy equipment safely in an outdoor plant environment and assist with daily maintenance and project work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Front-end loader experience is required.
• General knowledge of construction materials, tools and equipment.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Move, load and handle materials with a front-end loader.
• Transport material from stockpiles to feeder bins to supply the plant.
• Ensure feeder bins do not run empty during production hours.
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on loaders.
• Assist plant team with maintenance and special projects.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and wear appropriate safety equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
