Kokosing Materials, Inc. is hiring an Asphalt Plant Loader Operator to safely operate and maintain our asphalt plant and related equipment at Grand River, OH.

You will handle track excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, rollers, forklifts, and more while ensuring production runs smoothly and safely. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends, with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Capable of inspecting equipment and ensuring safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safely operating and maintaining asphalt plant and construction equipment.
• Operate track excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, rollers, forklifts, and other pieces of equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced as needed.
• Monitor production levels and adjust production as needed.
• Troubleshoot, problem solve, and discuss production problems with co-workers and supervisors.
