Job summary

Barriere Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Plant Groundsman to join our North Shore Asphalt team in Louisiana. The role involves maintenance of equipment, greasing, and handling asphalt-related tasks in outdoor conditions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of road or construction experience, can read simple directions, and perform basic math. Physical effort includes lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 70 lbs, with safety protocols observed.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 1 year experience in road or construction field.
• Must be able to read and understand simple directions.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical equations.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 70 lbs.
