Job summary

Western Rock Products, a CRH Company, seeks a Plant Laborer to support daily asphalt plant operations. The role involves performing manual and equipment-assisted tasks, following safety procedures, and maintaining a safe, efficient plant environment.

The candidate should be comfortable working at heights and able to operate front end loader and other equipment. Responsibilities include routine maintenance checks, site clean-up, and assisting with material handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous related construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily THINK/TRACK meetings and weekly safety meetings.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety procedures and company policies.
• Ensure safe work environment and proper use of tools/equipment.
• Assist in plant production and maintenance; monitor plant during operation.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed and perform plant upkeep.
