Job summary

Harrison Construction Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Crew Member to assist the asphalt plant crew in maintaining normal efficiency and safety. The role requires manual labor, material handling, and operation of basic plant tools while adhering to safety policies in Knox and surrounding areas of eastern Tennessee.

Ideal candidates will be able to work long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow directions from supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Experience with loading tools and basic plant equipment helpful.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working environment and follow OSHA/MSHA regulations.
• Assist plant crew with duties such as shoveling, loading, and maintenance.
• Dig, spread, and level construction materials as directed.
• Lift and move materials and operate tools as needed.
• Stay flexible with schedule, including nights and weekends.
