Job summary

Harrison Construction Company, a CRH Company, is seeking an Asphalt Paver Operator to join our eastern Tennessee team. You will operate paving machine to apply asphalt on highways, private roadways, parking lots, and driveways according to plan and quality specs, under supervision of the foreman.

The role requires physical stamina, adherence to safety policies, and flexibility for overtime and out-of-town work as needed. High school degree preferred; prior paving machine experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Prior experience operating a paving machine or similar equipment is desirable.
• Must follow safety procedures per OSHA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt paving machine to apply asphalt per plan and quality specs.
• Perform other tasks as directed by foreman to support crew.
• Adhere to safety policies and attendance requirements.
