Job summary

Lead a team, coach technicians, and drive continuous improvement while meeting customer needs and plant performance targets. This role requires strong safety focus and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley panel views and SAP for production order processing.
• Operations knowledge across boilers, incinerators, preheaters, hot oil systems, tank loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Take personal ownership for safety and hold others to high standards.
• Report and address accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
• Oversee safety, production, product quality, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process issues with operators and maintenance.
• Maintain daily reports and perform data entry and documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries and finished product pickups.
• Load/unload trucks and perform tank gauging as required.
• Partner with Operations Leader to implement improvements and goals.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication.
