Job summary

Kingsway Services, LLC is seeking an experienced asphalt professional to operate a variety of heavy paving equipment and contribute to high-quality construction projects. This role involves outdoor work, long hours, and collaboration with a team, clients, contractors, and the public to deliver a quality product.

You will be working outdoors, operating equipment such as paver, skid steer, and roller, and communicating effectively with teammates to meet project goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience operating asphalt paving equipment (paver, skid steer, roller).
• Team player with good communication and a positive attitude.
• Not afraid of hard work, long days, and loud noises.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the asphalt paving industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy asphalt paving equipment to support construction projects.
• Contribute to high-quality asphalt paving work and see projects through to completion.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals, clients, and contractors.
