Job summary

Western Rock Products, a CRH Company, is hiring Asphalt Laborers to support highway and plant operations. You will perform manual tasks, distribute asphalt, finish joints, and help maintain sites under supervision, with travel to multiple sites within the region.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to work flexible hours in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous related construction experience is a plus.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Distribute asphaltic material by raking and shoveling.
• Finish freshly laid asphalt joints evenly.
• Grade and finish surfaces, apply asphalt before compaction.
• Move and deliver tools, equipment, and materials around the site.
• Assist with equipment operation and site maintenance/cleanup.
• Load and unload from trucks and clean tools/equipment.
• Support other crew members across production areas.
• Maintain safety and follow OSHA regulations.
